How long will it take to get my order?

Processing Times

The time needed to prepare an order for shipping varies based on product type and quantities. We attempt to ship within 2-5 business days.
Wholesale orders have a typical lead time of 4-7 business days.

Estimated Delivery Times

snail-mail transit times vary by location:
canada: 3-7* business days
united states: 4-10* business day
international: 10-21* business days

*Delivery times are delayed due to the Covid-19 pandemic and during the Holiday season
We do our best to ship quickly, but cannot guarantee delivery times once your goods leave our studio.

What about customs and duties?

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. pixel paper hearts is not responsible for delays due to customs and border checks.

Is there anything else I need to know about shipping?

We ship all items, world-wide. To keep shipping costs low, most items are shipped via Canada Post Regular LetterMail. This service unfortunately does not come with tracking. Once the untracked item has been shipped, we are no longer responsible for it. If you wish to have your package tracked, contact us and we’ll be glad to get you a new shipping quote. All shipping charges are based on the total weight of goods purchased. For international shipments, any duties are the responsibility of the buyer.

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final - technically. But of we want you to love what you get!
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can contact us for an exchange or refund within 10 days of receipt. All return shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the customer. Merchandise must be in new, ‘re-sellable’ condition and must be accompanied by the original receipt or invoice.

I live local to Milton, can I pick up my order?

If you reside in Milton, Ontario (Canada) or in the surrounding area and would like to waive the shipping costs, choose Local Pick Up as your shipping option.
*Only use this option if you will be picking up your order. Once the order is ready for pick up, an email confirmation will be sent to you along with the pick up location.

Can I place a bulk order?
